In terms of a strategy for EXR/GRL it could be very interesting to see if people buy into GRL as an entry into the merger (Or swap EXR for GRL) especially at the current differencial of 18c for GRL and 23c for EXR.

There are some risks associated with this strategy but even if GRL shareholders voted against the merger I think this would be positive for the current GRL share price. Alternatively if the merger is voted for by GRL shareholders then I think GRL will trade closer to the EXR shareprice (hopefully EXR is still above current price)...and if you chose to hold to around July, every GRL shares will become 1 EXR share.
