All depends on your point of view and risk tolerance to whether you think it's cheap, expensive, fair value or somewhere in between. I personally think Until the liquidity event takes place and the market confirms the suggested value that Henry Morgan places on it, the value quoted means next to nothing.
My inner accountant says value conservatively and keep a margin of safety.
