I agree - its going to be tough for SYR management, who BADLY BURNT institutions previously in the last capital raising, to ever gain their respect, trust or money again!!!! I know what i would tell them to do in no uncertain terms......a colorful explosion of words with it. If they chose to support existing shareholders by not hiding under a rock and try to do "something" about this relentless attack on their stock, as they have been advised by many brokers now i am told, perhaps I and other would change their minds. I don't want to hear - there is not much they can do - as that is BS as for as i am concerned. Their behavior may now result in a potential takeover - if i was placed stock at $6 i would be suing the crap of of them over this if and when it happens!! So lets watch this space as my bet is that there will be a law suit at some stage if this happens!
