There is some tiny bit of truth to it.
I refer to APG an ASX company that is a position to test the nickel laterite ores with the view to extracting pig iron whilst recycling the HCL. Testing on Goro nickel ores have shown the applicablity of APGs technologies in nickel mining - just hasn't been used!
Anyway, JRV are definitely having an interesting time trying to come to terms with their assets and liabilities. INL was probably a good suitor, just didn't work out.
