I think the implication would be that BML has a potential chance of having its deposit produced via the BCL mill
nothing happened for a long time because now its obvious BCL were in financial trouble for a long time, if they are rescued by a strong financial backer and operations are resumed then perhaps potential exists for BMLs deposit to go into production
lots of ifs and buts though
