When is Mr. Purcell going to come clean and reveal explicitly to his shareholders that HE regards JRV as primarily a technology-development company. The development of the Young resource is not as interesting to him as the business of re-inventing a similar process that INL have already put together.

The funny thing is though, apparently most JRV shareholders imagine that they have shares in a prospective nickel mining company! Remember how the shareprice more than doubled when it briefly looked like INL was actually going to help JRV get nickel out of the ground sometime soon?

In Mr. Purcell's mind, JRV is all about owning the rights to a unique technology which he'll be able to lease to other companies sometime in the future. Several years after INL beats them to it.

I suspect that JRV's rejection of INL's proposal was decided BEFORE the meeting on the 9th March, and was based on JRV's management's fear that there would be no place on a no-nonsense-company's merged board for themselves
