Think about it. Why would an overseas company invest a total of $9M for 40% of Tele-IP ? This equates to their averaged shareprice of 2.25 cents. Therefore what is TEE really worth to them ?
They would have BIG Plans for Tele-IP I assume. They are buying for a reason and it's not unreasonable to expect a good return for their investment money. I guess we will need to wait for further announcements for the real story.
I am not a seller at these prices.
