I'd have been less impressed with management if they hadn't done a deal. In this situation you take the money when it's available. No good waiting until you need it, when the market may have turned bearish and/ or biotechs are on the nose.

This is a terrific outcome for VCR. Maybe not so good for traders caught long but for longterm investors the blocks are all falling into place nicely.
