What happened to the promise of making Central shareholders "obscenely rich" ?
As a foreign shareholder , a cash payout when the note is assessed sounds OK but with serious health problems I've got a good chance of dropping dead before then and the complications for closing my estate would by a nightmare .
This sucks .
