I am well aware of the ramifications of sliding out of all the indices. Sliding out of the indices indicates that an unbiased view of SMA is highly speculative and non investment grade. Very difficult to get fund managers backing to progress further.
Your comparisons of CCL with SMA is a poor analogy. I would be happy with CCL in my portfolio.
SMA talks the talk but still not walking the walk.
