Its a tough predicament to be in and in hindisght PDN should have diluted ealrier to provide more breathing room. the fair value calc will be interesting and one would assume CNNC non binding offer which didnt proceed should,not be used for the 75% valuation. The NPV calc is probably not going to be favourable either as one would assume the current uranium price curve would be used and this doenst come up with a value to cover debt, espcecially if one considers the EDFrequirements
I do genuine wish all holders, old and new the best of luck, for me this is a reminder than no matter how much one likes the macro story ( Uranium as a great energy source) the individual company situation takes precedence. Like most share disasters, the cuplrit in 95% of the time is high debt.
Its not over yet so hopefully something can be agreed that salvages the company
