I don't know where it stands right now, but from one of the earlier substantial holding notices I'd calculated the VWAP of purchases at around $2.56. That was from the HML purchases only, not the JBL. It might have come down with subsequent purchasing because the on-market price was tracking below that for awhile (and is now tracking above!)

Seems to have been a good move. I'd be interested to know if the plan is short or longer term.
