CNNC's SOLE PURPOSE for at least one year has been to bankrupt PDN.
The CEO didn't realise this until around November and I probably would not have either so i don't blame him.
I can't see how CNNC will have a leg to stand on when it gets to Court.
And I think it's looking like when, not if, now.
Unless they come to their senses and withdraw, which is unlikely.
