the ceo was a bit of a crunt and thought that because i might not have significant shares, my call was probably not important. he does not care about share price in short term, hence no share holder presentations or fund manager briefings. they are on a five year journey which is working out. maybe another 2 contracts announced before june.
rights issue might still go ahead. no merger talks or takeovers. they do not pressure customers to pay promptly so cash flow is an issue.
MAN is rolling out their software worldwide so significant contract with 10 year annuity stream.
also UK more receptive to this type of business than australia - ite find this frustrating.
