Okay, I've read page 13. So, you're saying that he would not have been given an exemption from reporting all the things he hasn't reported?

So, do we have grounds for a prosecution? How do we get it started? Who knows enough about what they're talking about to lay a complaint (or whatever it takes), and with whom?

@hot_investor is this a good starting point for your threatened class action? It would certainly prove that your capacity for action is as good as your mouth, and that might attract a few more burnt-off shareholders to contribute.
