I believe CA Fiduciary is Frank Timis ... so he still holds ~10%, after selling down from ~14% at 35 cps early last month.

Presumably he still has substantial influence on what the company does, including where the extra money goes to.

Not a comforting thought knowing Timis's past, but at least it appears the market's factored this in already because of the discount to cash the CFE shares are trading at?
