The past few months has shown starkly clearly how dysfuntional our system of govt is.
Take energy. All sides of politics are using as footballgame with virtually no rules. So you cannot say it is Australian Rules football. You might say Australian No Rules Football.
At the centre is Industry groups, Houeholds and Jobs.
If the present stalemate continues there will be a massive reduction in demand and unemoloyment will follow.
We have a State Federal system of Gov that allows massive divergency of policy.
We have massive reserves of gas and coal and solar.
A national summit on energy is needed.
People should be locked in a room until a viable non political outcome is attained
