Regarding the current board what I want is a mutual and significantly detailed handover (I'm talking weeks of communicating) from the current board to the new board with a smart, calculated announcement which will please the market and sentiment.

I want the current board to leave on "good terms" with the acknowledgement that they leave SGH in confident and capable hands to re grow and propel the business to a sustainable and profitable levels.

I want the new board to reach to employees of the co. and provide new hope with PIP and incentives which will then appease SH to believe in the co. to recovery and growth.
