Does "BY" the first quarter (this coming July-Sept) mean possibly revenue BY the start of the quarter, before July?.. or by the end of the quarter?
This first Affinion mega deal might not be to far away at all.. which I think we are assuming is the "major card processor/issuer" mob - surely that can't mean anything other than credit cards?

While some non holders on here have been busy googling Mark Iliff.. I've been googling everything Affinion .. massive partnerships with all the big cards.
I had no idea how big they are.
I think Affinion own Connexions Loyalty (since years ago - for $135m)

Affinion definitely has partnerships with the main cards.. as does Connexions

Top 20 holders have been accumulating plenty in recent weeks/months.. I knew something was going on since the Affinion deal especially. This is why I asked for the recent holders list.. I was actually wondering who was selling, expecting to see some top holders dropping off..
It's the opposite, there is big buying, its a serious go.. yet the price is bottomed out!
We're seeing the price drop since a major partnership announcement, which I know even baffled Nor.
The pro's have smashed it down on low volume since the Affinion announcement.
I know Mark bought some that day at 3.8.. then it was immediately smashed to 3.4 because there was very thin buy depth, and sell orders were stacked.
They have pushed it down ever since, using the quarterly etc to scare out more selling.
The morning after quarterly, big sells were stacked a few points away, and moved/pressured down.
Same again with the half yearly.. that dodgy random 1.1+m order was placed at 2.7, and it's obvious with the stack at 2.4-2.7 - If anyone really wanted to sell those amounts, they wouldn't be listed safely a few points away!
We can't understand why the price is dropping, so mark loaded up with more at 2.4 in the last week.
As far as we are concerned, nor are a sure thing.
SO....
putting it out there - that the ongoing HC barrage from the non holders, with basically nothing but constant "CR" posts, and ridiculous calls of them going under, diluting the share price by a further 35%, etc..
There's a few significantly increased holdings recently..
I'm telling you all now that there is clearly more to it, I guarantee you that certain posters on here are behind some of the Top 20 - there are a few significant increases.. and I'm not talking about Mark. He definitely wants the price up!
Either way.. if we get a message announcement this week, hopefully it starts to pick up, ahead of some big months of big news.
Hopefully not too many genuine holders have been sucked in and thrown away their shares to the manipulation, which snaffled another million or so today. (and of course the usual mid trade (2.25) late to make it look like it was on 2.2, then the rigged close by -1 share buying and selling their own, to close it in the red)
