The court report came from Catie Lowe, the 'West Australian' journalist. So that settles that. And awarding costs is separate from sueing for damages.
It is true that the bondholders tried to take over the company (you euphemistically called it 'tried to negotiate') without initiating court proceedings.
But I would hardly call that the action of good guys. The activities of Stark in other Australian companies certainly shows a trademark total ruthlessness. Chemeq was just one of their intended prey.
