Redgie since you have invested in mxcod are you able to help me on how these work.
Im currently invested in MXC but want to buy in a bit more but increase my potential holdings via MXCOD.
Say for instance the current price is .025 for mxcod. I invest in 4000 shares for a total coast of $1000
Any where between now and June 2019 I can put forward an order to MCG to turn the MXCOD shares into MXC by paying a premium of .065 per share costing me an additional $2600
Are these 4000 shares now tradeable as MXC and it the share price at the time was 10c I would have $4000 from $3600 invested
That is my 1st question.
2nd question is the exercise price of $0.065 is subject to Reconstruction of capital
If at any time the issued capital of the Company is reconstructed, all rights of an
Option holder are to be changed in a manner consistent with the Corporations
Act and the ASX Listing Rules at the time of the reconstruction.
Does this mean they could possibly change the exercise price and increase it?
