I would certainly be expecting that sort of price within six months. It's current value is irrelevant to me now as I will ride the trend for as long as it lasts.

With a traditionally stronger second half, further cost savings and the Regency JV coming on line, large cashflows (good fuel for further acquisitions) etc........I see this as a rare opportunity to be in a good yielding growth stock.

Having said all that I entered and bought 90% of my stock in the mid 70's and will not be adding to my position further.
