Clearly. This will be due to the fact that CSL goes ex on 15 March, so that is totally to be expected by anyone who holds these shares or even who understand how ex and cum dividends work.
The dividend is worth 83.78 cents (zero franking credit) so a fall by at least that amount is very likely indeed!
