they are new NON executives, and they dont dictate who bids anyway. BTW you need good non execs if you think yoiu may be bid, in order to launch a decent defense. You may be right and it maybe wishful thinking, but at these prices they are a good bet, and I always follow my mate...he has made me a lot of money in the past.
