    How corrupt is that document
    The directors should be in Jail
    How can you have a penalty clause if directors change there mind and say no 2 million
    And if it isn't in best interest of shareholders directors still must recommend
    Surely this has to be unlawful
    So why would we trust the board
    Sack the board now
