If IOT had some valuable improvements to the spec for the ROva, I would guess that AEE would also incorporate the same improvement in the Sparrow. Why would AEE sell an inferior version of their own product under their own name? It should be perfectly clear to everyone that IOT has just pulled the OK Watches rabbit out of the hat again, and I suspect it's all headed in the same direction.
