    The way I see it IMHO, Kantor was the pawn in the game.

    Send him out, then sacrifice him.

    Brown, Duffell, Neylon..... names that live together now and in the past.

    Moving money from your pocket to theirs.

    All these ideas are my own humble opinions.

    If they end up selling some drones it's more by good luck than management.
