Klaus was a director back in 2014 however resigned.
Note that his shareholding in CAV has increased since then and according to Todd's post is now assisting with new project's.
Andy, Ron and Klaus are all top 10 shareholders.
I don't think they are just sitting drinking coffee, I bet you something's brewing.
