No, not really. Vastly different indications. Room for both, and perhaps they could be considered somewhat complimentary, Avita's spray on skin for smaller more superficial burns; PNV's BTM for serious burns and serious wounds.
Believe me, you could not have treated the man with the loss of all skin over to his calvarium with "spray on skin" nor the woman who lost the skin under her chin to a massive bacterial infection.
These products are simply too different to be considered directly competitive.
