Yeh im not sure about that and its where we differ on the Lion/A2M case.
I don't see whats wrong with Lion saying naturally contains A2, 1. Because it does, 2. Lions milk has more than 50% A2 protein, 3. it looks completely different.
If Lion's product only contained a lower % of A2 like say 5% i would agree with u guys but it dosen't.
I also don't think 100 people in court saying the same thing will make any difference to the case, a judge will look at the laws etc and make the decision, he/she won't care if 100 people say they got mixed up imo.
Maybe you should stop using the capital A and use what your brand does the small a. So when you talk of the protein itself it is A2, when you talk of your brand it is a2. simple really.
