Looks like Mr Forrest has struck lotto with 117.5m oppies at 20c pre consolidation to be exercised when the shares reach 30c, 35c, 40c, 45c, and 50c.
All at a cost of $2.2m at a 20% discount to the market.
After exercise he will have 123m shares or 42% of NIA
Is this a poor deal for existing shareholders?
Or is the WA wonderboy doing to do a Fortesque on this one well.
