You need to educate yourself a little more son. The whole point behind a2 is that it contains 0% a1 beta casein protein. Even 1% a1 protein is unacceptable in a2 milk.

Wrong again. You bet your life it will. Its not misleading in terms of the fact that it has A2 protein, its misleading in terms of attempting to confuse A2 protein with the brand a2. Any sensible person would wonder why the A2 needed to be splashed across the Pura's label if not for the fact that it was a deliberate attempt at increasing market share and cashing in on a2's brand.

"Maybe you should stop using the capital A and use what your brand does the small a. So when you talk of the protein itself it is A2, when you talk of your brand it is a2. simple really."

Yes, that statement is correct, but it changes nothing.

I know the whole point of a2 milk is because its only A2 protein, thats got nothing to do with the labelling in this case imo. Lion doesn't say its only A2 protein.
Judges obey the Law, they don't just listen to people that say they were misled.
