Sorry Grant but I again respectfully disagree. The company has reported a significant negative net asset position. MB is chasing Slater's insurance policy and hoping that Slaters joins other third parties to its defence and counterclaim. Hence, the litigation will be protracted. Slaters has said this. Given this, IMO the class action probably wouldn't be that relevant to the company's recapitalisation negotiations with the banks.
