They don't want the escrowed shares out that's for sure.

when the SP is near their issue price, there is little need to try sell them, in fact best to never sell until well below 1c, then claim a bigger CGT loss event. why do that at 3c, when they can claim the full loss of 3.2 issue price against say a 0.05c sell price.
Still get a full highball wage, with full CGT advantages using free issued and partly paid shares with starting value 3cish

BTW, did anyone else notice IOT bought , yes bought SK's shares, all 27m of them, well actually no, shareholders did with shareholder raised money.
