    I believe They can remain delisted forever and continue on as a business provided they follow corporate governance rules of course like must not trade insolvent lol.

    You can pay delisted.com $150 for the privilage of them taking your shares then you can claim your loss.

    Or of course you could hang on and have some sort of mentally challenged hope that it may still come good.
