So here's the good things from this ann

"The Company is actively marketing the sports lottery product and expects to be able to sign and announce further AFL clubs over the balance of the 2017 calendar year"

"weekly settled revenue and weekly tickets purchased looks good and probably better than expected"

And for the not so good part

"Shareholders will be aware that Activistic has invested substantial funds to develop the US and UK micro donations markets throughout 2015 and 2016. The continuing absence of any significant revenue flows despite significant marketing activities, particularly in the US market, necessitated the Board to undertake a full review of the current business activities and cost centres. "

All in all it's not a bad ann but not suprised on the veterans call and ralli app not doing so well, but as some of us have been saying for abit now we're no longer here for ralli and veterans call and here for Plus Connect and Google.

Lets throw out a quick scenario, currently settled tickets account for about $3500 per week in Magpie Millions which has just launched. Now if we stay on this path at just $3500 a week that's $182,000 per year, if that gets jacked up to say $7000 a week (i think this is easy given how passiontate people get into AFL) then we're looking at $364,000 from just one club. Now if you throw in another couple of clubs say Sydney, Geelong, West Coast, Freo, Port Adelaide, Richmond running similar numbers that you get over $2 million per year. That's just off one code and only some of the teams. Next throw in NRL and you have some massive clubs like the Rabbitohs, afew Sydney teams, Melbourne and Brisbane and we have our fingers in another pie. What happens when we include the A-League, netball and even the NBL then we'ere in a good position. Anyway this is my idea.
