Family and friends and Director who purchase shares close to an Ann would be suspect to insider trading regulations and jail terms. I don't think they would be that silly when most of them would hold options.
Of the $100M options currently on offer how many have traded hands, 0 for $0.00
This is a good indicator that the people in the know do know what is going on with this stock as only the elite hold the options not the mass of day traders and hopefulls.
If they were to sell then we would question teh future of the company. Has there been a change in substantial holdings of shares or options?.... no.
