Just vote NO! Do not believe a word told to you tonight at the meeting. He sold you into this at great cost to you emotionally & financially. Now he wants to sell you out at great cost to us emotionally & financially. Just vote NO! First thing is first, we have to gain back control of the company, then we can set a new plan forward. Do not let them make you doubt your mind or decision. Vote it down, everything else will work it's way out. Get the gorilla off our back and the cancer out of our boardroom.
