    Just had my roof replaced.
    The galv C.I. was 45 years old.
    The material cost of the new colorbond trimdek c/w fascia and gutter was $9015.00
    Best quote I got was $23,210.00
    Took 2 men 3 days.
    $300 per man per hour.
    Wow !!!
