TJW Dank, Think you will be very interested in this document on the Government Summit in Brisbane, May 2006.

Biota is highlited, Text 106 on the left of the page near the bottom of the document, but some interesting reading before as well, apparently the Government have the power to override the Patent and produce Relenza, without even paying Biota a cent, but are not going to!

Another reason I think GSK are in talks with Biota?
