    QBL Shareholders will have nothing to do with the IPO. It's a investment as QBL stated......

    Within QBL Account activities will probably be an entry like

    MCL investments $?..........(profit or loss)

    QBL will own 55% controlling stake within MCL, if they make no money QBL makes no money.

    QBL will be on the board but the business will be run with current MCL management/owners as stated.

    A problem also is 55% liability.......

    If you want "pot" wait for the pure play with MCL.
