The key to GUL is unlocking it's inherent value. This is currently not happening as GUL shares dropped slightly of late while AGM has appreciated nicely. I think it will happen in the near future and the catalyst could be:

1. Selling or doing something with their land - does anyone have an idea of its worth?

2. Diversifying into other assets - why not jump on the uranium bandwagon?

3. Continued increase in AGM's share price which is looking very positive

4. I figure AGM are focussed on their nickel project only - with the pon so high dividends could come flowing through in the next couple of years. With the GUL share price at a significant discount to AGM's this could change with the advent of dividends flowing to GUL.
