This can have to do with the company itself but usually the biggest factor is the individual investor - how and when they buy and sell.

The biggest failure for Anteo in the time I have been invested is not the lack of revenue generating contracts but the blatant breach of disclosure with regards to share lending / loan agreements.

The strategy to buy Disource was actually good - how it was financed was not.

This is what caused the immediate sell down following the Disource announcement - nothing else.

So while no steps have been taken yet it is interesting to look at what has potentially happened with links to inside information and company strategies etc that all investors are not privy to. So how someone can say at a public agm that what the shareholder does with their trading behind closed doors is their business when they themselves have an interest in that shareholders company and are feeding them daily inside information. This is the biggest reason Anteo has failed post diasource - Bergen was just a secondary that compounded the supply.

No interest in buy side demand is simple - why would you until you see what their plan is to sort earnout.

Wonder how much money was made on this naked short they executed so confidently?

Board still needs sorting but next agm should take care of that.
