I agree they Libs do not have anyone credible at the moment to challenge Carpenter but you are misguided if you think that Carpenter therefore falls into the best category for a political leader. I repeat, he has demonstrated his weakness time and time again. I am, for your information West Aussie, however, I have gained a greater perspective on life's bigger picture by having the benefit of also living in less myopic environments.
