You cant just plonk a Container somewhere in a yard and live in it,

If its a permanant structure then it must go through all the planning red tape that is needed for a new building approval.

So there would go half your money and half the time it would have taken to build the tiny house,

The reason why "On Wheels" is way better, is because no building approval is required, so the structure dosnt have to comply with building law or zoning laws.

Because its on wheels, if you were told by council to move it or be fined, then you can just move it, as its on wheels.

Gaining approval for a Granny flat, or gaining approval to do a Unit development of very small units etc, thats possible,

But Usually a land site zoning, allows ony a set amount of separate dwellings approved.

If I was allowed to buy a block of land and build 100 small units on it, I would be doing it right now.

The hardest part of building is getting approval to build something that will be a profitable project to build and sell.

There is lots of things I could buy and build but most of those projects arnt profitable or viable so I dont bother doing them.

I scout all the time looking for something l could build and sell for a profit, but the pickings are thin.

And Councils just wont allow a Builder to knock down a house and build 10 small units on it.

A simple tick of the pen is all it would take for Governments to allow 10 small units on a block that once stood an old house.

It would create heaps of cheap small dwellings for first home buyers to buy.

All you havto do is convince the Government to pick up the pen and tick the Box, and the problem of cheap housing is fixed.
