    It could be done but would be very difficult given the sheer number of insiders, related parties and family members that have been brought along for the ride. It depends on what the goals of the company are - to develop the business, or something else.

    Remember they have not brought anything to market yet, they have a product that no one is willing to pay for at this stage.
