Push play video, (video was uploaded in NOVEMBER) and pay particular attention from the 1 minute 37 second mark, now after you have listened to this.
The very next month, (DECEMBER) BGS goes into a trading halt, the halt was requested pending an announcement of a company update including an offer received for its Lithium asset.

Early January, the company announces LOI for the sale of the Lithium project

So in 6 (maximum) weeks we have gone from "going to be a producer" to "selling the asset"
Bear in mind, I may have been convinced of becoming an investor on the premise we were going to be mining in 2018!!!

Because I don't have/nor ever had any exposure to buying/selling a world significant deposit but I would hazard a guess that negotiations were well advanced when the video was posted on their web site.
The company making the offer would of done some due diligence which would of also taken time.

Was I mislead?
