Yes, but unlike PSA, in a couple of years ARQ is going to have pretty much its current market cap in cash and other securities plus franking credits.....in a worse case scenario.
+/- depending upon how the ADI SP does......
PSA hasn't been able to build cash and IMO that is the key to any company in the business.
