Let's say that one can get 5 oz of premium seedless heads off a plant,
Street value of $300 per oz,
So a total of $150,000 for a crop of 100 plants.
Take out electricity costs, or get onto solar so that you don't raise too much attention.
Also blank out the curtains so you can't see the grow lights at night.
Lets say 3 months per crop, that's 4 crops per year = $600k per year.
