The thing is they need to get successful Phase II trials. Check out Novogen, market cap $450m with positive Phase II trials.
With these stocks it's important to know when to exit rather than when to buy. It hasn't really had much of a rally with this latest biotech frenzy, it could easily go to 30-40c on a positive announcement.
